A short story about a small moon “Phobos”
Phobos is one of the moons that revolves around Mars. It will eventually crash into the planet. As of right now it is less than 4,000 miles away from Mars.
In fact that is the closest any moon revolves around its host planet. If Earths moon was this close the moon would be 20 times the size in the night sky which would make a full moon akin to a cloudy day (at noon) meaning there would be no night for the most part.
So as time drags on Phobos will eventually crash into Mars. If you want to watch the event take place I suggest…
